Amazing staff and service! I accidentally left my violin on a luggage cart, and two weeks later, they found it and called me. General Manager Harsh even came back after his shift to return it personally. Truly above and beyond—so grateful!
I had a great stay for three nights visiting the area for the imsa race. After booking it I noticed several reviews afterwards talking about bug infestation and dirty rooms, which had me worried but over my 3 days I experienced none of those issues. I definitely would recommend very nice hotel.
Great hotel! My stay was absolutely pleasant the check in process was very smooth, Gerald was very professional and polite and provided me and my partner outstanding service by explaining the amenities. Comfortable beds, great breakfast I highly recommend this location.
Comfortable bed, very clean, TV had YouTube app, god breakfast, quiet room, shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, plenty of towels, heated pool, little gym, friendly staff
Had a great stay here, I felt genuinely welcomed. Gerald provided outstanding service!! Their warm personality made my stay so much more enjoyable. Highly recommend this hotel, staff went above and beyond. He was very helpful
Because of location, I was stayed last three times. It was quiet and excess to whatever I can take of my business in this area. But today, little bit of unpleasant thing happen. I ask front desk representatives to change a room due to bad smell in a room just once and impression I got was pretty bad. Re-consider change to next time.
@July.2025 I stayed just one day. The room had no problem, breakfast is typical Fairfield breakfast. I didn’t have great experience but it was a satisfying stay. There are tons of restaurants around, the location is good.
Excellent 3-star hotel, easy to locate, parking is adequate and well-lit, despite booking from a third party, checking in was seamless. The lobby and dining area was clean, spacious and bright, and the front desk staff was friendly and attentive. You can easily access the gym and the pool near the elevator. The elevator is a bit noisy but it works fine. The rooms are clean, smelled nice, the TV is big and has a good amount of channels to surf from. The Internet is fast and the desk/work area is pretty good. The bed, pillows & comforter are all cushy and got some good sleep out of them.
